This update is definetly the most exciting update so far with TONS of new features added. It took me two entire days! I added the feature so that you can choose which character you want to be:
The characters also have unique physics, such as speed and handling (the lower the handling number, the more slower the character turns)
"Characters" you can choose from in this update:
- A Lamborghini Reventon - Speed: 150 Handling: 6
- A Lamborghini Adventador - Speed: 80 Handling: 3
- A Minecraft Cow - Speed: 30 Handling: 5
- A Minecraft Creeper - Speed: 40 Handling 8
"Characters" you can choose from in the next update:
There are some extra characters right this moment but will be introduced in another update because they are buggy and may have some cooler physics
- A Minecraft Steve
- An Enderman
- A Squid (this squid will be able to fly)
- More Cars
"Characters" that may come up in the future:
- A Flying Helicopter
- A Flying Plane
- A Flying Minecraft Chicken
- Who Knows? You will just have to wait and see...
Features added to this update:
- Hardcore Mode was added - find out for yourself what it does
- Option to play in first person added
- I tried to add a smooth animation when the terrain renders/generates (will not work on slow PCs)
- Added my own personalised icon
- Added my own personalised splash image
- Flare when you look directly at a light
Features I tried to add but failed but will hopefully come in next update
- Speed gradually increases to max speed
- Sliding
- Jumping
- Goes slowly when reversing
- Goes slowly when moving to the side
- More Characters
- A new mode where you can race against AI characters!!!
- And HOPEFULLY a mobile version (but that would probably be released in 0.8 alpha not 0.7)
- A menu that comes up when you press a key
Nearly Beta!!!
Time has flew so fast from the time I started developing this game. After about alpha version 1.0, I may release a special update: Update Version: 0.1 Beta! This means I will release it on many platforms and my game will have to go through a beta test, this means that by that time, hopefully multi-player mode should have been added! Only four more updates to go!!
